Right in heart of the city and breakfast was definitely worth it.

The free breakfast surpassed my expectations. It was like a dine in restaurant with hot items and great coffee.

The location is good, right in the center. It's very clean. The staff are helpful and nice. Good for passing through Pereira.

It's a bit noisy. A family in the building woke up pretty early and were very noisy.

The hotel is in the center of Pereira, and you can go sightseeing. From the hotel, you can visit towns like Dosquebradas, Santa Rosa de Cabal, among others. And Ayenda is a hotel chain in Colombia, which offers a good relation quality-price.

Unfortunately, the hotel had no TV service. I expect the hotel can fix it as soon as possible.

The staff was extremely charming and helpful during our staying and after: they managed to send us something we forgot in the room to another hotel in Medellin, right the day we realized we forgot it. We highly recommend it!

Great room but no wifi and crabby staff.

Good value. big windows. Great shower, comfy bed. Quiet for location.

Wifi didn't work, either not at all or was very weak. You'd expect wifi for the cost. Staff was stand-offish and bored. Location was just at the borderline of a very dangerous area (as told to me by three shopkeepers and the police). You need to stay a little farther west.

clean room and big

there is nothing for your clothes. you have to keep in your luggage everything . too much noisy start 7 am. cant sleep. tv not working well. only 3-4 channels. they fix last day but we didnt have few days tv channels. reception always changing but one of the man very angry face. other one so cool. they also lost my tshirt when they clean the room and they didnt take responsibility. i just said forget it :) cleaner woman disturb you when you sleep. she asking do you want me to clean room? but normally we contact for that with reception

First time in Pereira

Place was in a busy area but calm at night. Room was big, bright, lots of windows facing the street, nice comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was helpful as well. I recommend this place!
